For some reason, maxi dresses seem most appropriate for summer to me. While summer hasn't quite come to Denver yet, with our most recent snowfall earlier this week, it has certainly been warming up. When I saw Emily of Cupcakes and Cashmere wearing this dress earlier this month, I immediately halted my search for the perfect black maxi dress, and bought it. As far as impulse buys go, this was definitely a good one. Have a fabulous weekend!
And Happy Birthday to a very dear friend of mine, and the gorgeous face behind LYZ design, Ms. Elizabeth Grube! I hope it's the best one yet.
Céline sunglasses, Mike & Chris leather jacket (similar), James Perse maxi dress, Halogen flats (similar), Marc Jacobs bag (similar).
Me encanta este look, la cazadora preciosa!

I can't possibly express how much I love maxi dresses, especially this time of year. It's finally warming up in Minneapolis, and I can't wait to wear some of my favorite dresses again! Hope you have a great weekend!
