The View From Frisco

For all of its snow and freezing temperatures, Summit County is pretty gorgeous. The water in the background is the Dillon Reservoir, which is always a welcome view when driving by on the way up to Vail. I'm skiing at Heavenly and Kirkwood this week, and having a fabulous time, but somehow Vail will always feel like my home mountain. If you ski or snowboard, spend a day on the back side and I'm sure you'll say the same.

Nicole Farhi beanie, Céline sunglasses, Helmut Lang coat, Vince sweater, J Brand jeans, Sorel boots, Nordstrom gloves.

  2. It looks beautiful there! I'm sure the view makes the cold temperatures worth it (the landscapes of Minnesota don't have quite the same effect.. :) ). I hope you have a wonderful time skiing this week!
