How The Leopard Got Its Spots

While there are much bolder ways to mix prints, I stuck to a graphic tee and leopard shoes with this outfit. So many people are doing the smoking slipper this season. I adore the Jimmy Choo version, but  had already picked up the pair I'm wearing here last year. Bring on the smoking slippers! Everything old is new again, undoubtedly.

The Girl

Another day, another Theory dress. This time, with pockets! Theory is so good. I've been living on City and Colour's "The Girl" today. It's far too sweet and I absolutely love it.

These Are The Places

Listening to The Head and The Heart, which might be one of my favorite band names ever, who are certainly setting the mood for the moment. 

I love love love dresses with sleeves, but there seem to be far too few of them in the world, though more have been emerging lately. Thus, buying one by my favorite work-friendly brand ever, in the most inappropriate length for work ever. But still so worth it.

Summer Skin

After a brief jaunt in the Midwest, I'm back to Denver, and back to summer. I love pulling out those pieces that don't quite work for fall for one last wear before the temperatures drop. This playsuit is definitely one of them. Bonus points for its pajama-like qualities.

Floral & Fauna

I adore autumn, and everything about it, and therefore take advantage of any day cool enough to dress for the season. Sorry, summer. Fall fashion is where it's at. 

I purchased these jeans at Andi's Closet in Duluth last week, which is an amazing boutique right on Lake Superior in the Fitger's building. Their clothing picks are as good as their choice in real estate. I love these pants! And the printed denim trend suddenly taking hold everywhere.
